Shipping Policy

Ready-to-ship pieces: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Customized jewelry: Since each piece is made to order, please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipping.

Within Pakistan: Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our services soon!

Shipping fees vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select areas with an additional handling fee.

Customized Jewelry: Since all custom-made pieces are created according to your specific preferences, exchanges and refunds are not allowed.
Non-Customized Orders (Placed from Website):
- Exchanges and refunds are only applicable if the piece is defective or if the color tarnishes within a reasonable period.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
- If approved, we will offer an exchange or store credit.

Since we create jewelry based on your provided measurements, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.
Please follow our measurement guide carefully before placing an order.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
